This and That - McDonald's

Here is some cultural shift/contribution/influence McDonalisation of Thailand or Thailandisation of McDonald's? McThai- globalisation with some localisation. Think global, act local sort of thing.

Ronald giving the Thai greeting, 'wai', a traditional Thai greeting.

Back again

Sorry. Been missing in action for about a month.

Moved back to Adelaide. Will be here for probably a year at least. Moved into a flat a few weeks ago and just getting some furniture. Bought my old car back from a friend, Ken Lim. Starting work soon.

Maybe I should change the name of the blog now. Not homeless any more!

For those of you that know me, you are very welcome to come stay over when you're in Adelaide. Just give me a bit of notice so that it doesn't clash with someone else. Dougs and Jan, friends from Melbourne, are coming over next week.
